Terms & conditions
Review the reservation and cancellation conditions before making your arrangements.
Reservations
A deposit covering the first week of classes and school-arranged accommodation, when applicable, is required to confirm a reservation. Places are confirmed in the order reservations are received. Remaining balances are due on the first class day.
Missed classes
Missed classes are not refunded or made up, except in a major medical emergency. Students who begin but do not finish a course are not reimbursed, except for a medical emergency supported by a doctor’s note.
Cancellations
- More than 60 days before classes: a processing fee of 30% of the program cost.
- 59–30 days before classes: a cancellation fee of 50% of the program cost.
- Less than 30 days before classes: no refund.
Rescheduling
To retain your deposit when rescheduling, notify NSI in writing at least 30 days before the scheduled start. The new program must take place within one year of the original scheduled date.
